* Abuja Delivery: We offer same-day delivery within Abuja for orders placed and paid for before 2:00 PM.
* Nationwide Shipping: Orders outside Abuja are processed immediately and typically arrive within 2–4 business days depending on your location.
Due to the hygienic nature of perfume and fragrance products, we **cannot accept returns or exchanges** once the product packaging has been opened or unsealed.
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item entirely, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp, and we will arrange a swift replacement.
Orders are only fully processed once payment is confirmed. We do not offer cash-on-delivery for orders outside our standard Abuja routes.
